When You Don't Know What To Lift

Ever feel like you are lost and don't know what to lift when you get in the gym? If I could lift legs everyday in the gym I would but muscles require a recovery period. My go to work out when I am not feeling committed to one or two muscle groups, is an upper body circuit. I love a circuit of supersets juggling two muscle groups per set. Doing this routine will get you in and out of the gym in a short period of time and feeling great afterwards!

Warm up: Bicep Curls – 15 – 20 reps & Tricep Rope Extensions 15 reps. This is to be very light weight.

Now into working sets. Where you see superset you will perform both exercises then repeat the routine for how many sets you see.

Bicep Curls 3 x 12
Superset with
Dumbbell Row 3 x 12

Cable Bar Curls 4 x 12
Superset with
Wide Grip Pulldown 4 x 12

Rope Tricep Extensions 4 x 12
Superset with
Cable Bar Extensions 4 x 12

Lateral Raise 3 x 12
Superset with
Rear Delt Fly’s 3 x 12

Shoulder Press 3 x 12
Superset with

Chest Press 3 x 12
