3pm 2/3 cup chicken
2/3 cup sweet potato

6pm banana

7pm 1 scoop black powder

gleuts & legs ( hamstring foucus)

9pm 7 baby carrots / light ranch

945pm 2/3 cup ground turkey
2/3 cup sweet potato

TUES 2-1-11

730am 2 Be Energized 2 Focus Formula

8am 3 egg whites w/ 1/2 avacado

1230pm 2/3 cup ground turkey
3.5 tbls brown rice

230pm 7.6 oz salmon
1/2 sweet potato

abs & cardio

5pm 1 scoop myofusion
3 tbls fat free vanilla yougurt
peach slices milk/ ice smoothie

work

1030pm 5 cheese raviolis
